0008460: Timeout detected for thread MapBlockSendThread
I very often see those message in console

2019-01-21 09:28:59,711 ERROR - OpenSim.OpenSim [WATCHDOG]: Timeout detected for thread "MapBlockSendThread". ThreadState=Background, WaitSleepJoin. Last tick was 16ms ago.
2019-01-21 09:32:13,136 ERROR - OpenSim.OpenSim [WATCHDOG]: Timeout detected for thread "GetTextureWorker0". ThreadState=Background, WaitSleepJoin. Last tick was 5741ms ago.

CPU seems to be really low usage down to 0% most of the time and sometimes maybe up to 20% the most.

I see tons of these on every person that has updated to dev master. An I7 with one region running on a SSD will throw them as often as several minutes apart.
Maps are set to none:

[Map]

GenerateMaptiles=false
MapImageModule=MapImageModule
TextureOnMapTile=false
DrawPrimOnMapTile=false
TexturePrims=false
RenderMeshes=false

Pretty sure this is because of FS spamming map requests , it just does not ask just once .....

And it is actually worse if you don't have maps generated, because it keeps trying to get a texture that does not exist (or an old cached one) ..

This is just a guess ...
