Trying the Paramour "Clubmaster Dance Machine v2.0" on an OSGrid region. A sample item is available in a box on the OSGrid Wright Plaza Freebie Mall at Wright Plaza/70/217/22

The OSGrid region on which this is tested has the correct osslEnable.ini setting allowed... (which is not the default OSGrid osslEnable.ini setup).

When placed on a region, if the region is restarted then a number of errors

     [SCENE OBJECT GROUP]: SavedScriptState element had no UUID in object

appear in the OpenSim.exe console. These still show even if the Saved Script State is cleared. The items all may be related to the NPCs that are within the object and can be rezzed as part of its operation.
Trace from OpenSim.ini on startup of OSGrid region... using (currently the latest) osgrid-opensim-06162017.v0.9.1.4df19ec.zip

You are getting those because of the NPC notecards, when the NPCs were created they were wearing huds, ao's and other attachments, so when they rez not all of these items/scripts can be found on the current region/grid/assetserver.

So the items referred to are not brought over as part of the object (unless they have specifically been added into the object). Makes sense. Thanks.

The reference to SavedScriptState was throwing me... as I thought that might be something fixable.

An optimization on the Paramour controllers and items for Mata Hari might be to include those items within the packing box explicitly, or to exclude those items that can be left off the avatar whose appearance is cloned to make the NPC. Thanks.

I might try editing the NPC notecards to avoid the reported missing assets!

distributing the object as an IAR would possibly resolve this issue. Some users have replaced the npc with their own and the errors stopped

It varies so much by grid, too. At one time every single asset used in those NPCs existed in OSG and Metro and no errors were generated on either grid. Some subsequently became corrupted or lost and now throw errors in OSG but are fine in Metro. In many other grids you'll see numerous missing asset warnings (when nobody in the grid owns a copy of the asset). You'll note that the release announcement and instructions indicate that this many be the case and suggest replacing the NPCs with ones you create as necessary.

There is no practical way for me to resolve that as some of the NPCs were created by Dorothea Lundquist using items that I do not personally own. Some others were donated by other members as part of a NPC exchange program and thus also use items that I don't personally have full-perm copies of.

I've tested distributing an IAR of the danceball and that didn't resolve the issue. All I can do is agree with Dan's suggestion to replace the ones that generate errors with newly made ones.

I have this same item and yes the problems are with the NPC appearance cards.

If you make good new NPC's, or simply delete the bad ones, then the errors will go away.

These are actually bad attachments on the NPC's, other avatars will cause these same kinds of errors if you use those items as attachments. There are tons of corrupt items in the asset inventory. The script itself is actually ok. The dance globe itself will usually continue to work just fine even with the bad NPC's.

This has been my observation. A few of my own genie NPC's have some bad attachments on them. (It is very bad form to make an NPC with an AO on it if you are going to use it to sit on other objects. If it is a simple NPC just standing someplace have at it, no problem. In the case of the dance globe it was a big mistake) The globe and script are excellent, the NPC's just used some attachments that are bad in OSgrid inventory.
