Silly me, I neglected to edit MySQL my.cnf to accept big BLOBs
This change allows me to run without this warning, and also makes things much quieter when saving terrain, writing OARs, and such.

no, that is as UDP thing. A packet splitting estimation math failed by 2.
that is not a issue anymore a udp packet with a payload of 1402 will still work.
