My full name is Justin Clark-Casey and I'm a core OpenSim developer.
If you want to get in contact with me directly, my e-mail is jjustincc AT googlemail DOT com. I'm always happy to chat (though specific code queries and bugs are best specified by searching the wiki or making an entry on the Mantis bug tracking system).
I also have a blog detailing weekly OpenSim updates and other OpenSim topics.
