It's not documented, either. At some point in time, the database acquired a &lt;code&gt;webLoginKey&lt;/code&gt; for one of my users (the others either have &lt;code&gt;NULL&lt;/code&gt;, an empty string, or the &lt;code&gt;Null UUID&lt;/code&gt;). I can imagine that it relates to some tests with one of the popular web interfaces, very likely discontinued eons ago... I have no idea, it was way too many years ago.<br /> <br /> My question is if there is any ''known'' usage for &lt;code&gt;webLoginKey&lt;/code&gt; or if it can safely be repurposed for other usages (I'm thinking of things like authentication tokens for web interfaces that might have nothing in common with the intended usage of &lt;code&gt;webLoginKey&lt;/code&gt;, whatever it used to be.<br /> <br /> This page also mentions that &lt;code&gt;webLoginKey&lt;/code&gt; is used by Second Life — but does the same apply to OpenSimulator as well? In other words, is it possible to use similar code to authenticate to OpenSimulator?
