Ceci veut dire qu'une adresse IP en NAT ( comme 192.168.2.40 ) peut etre connectee a votre IP exterieure ( comme 199.149.252.44 ) depuis votre routeur/modem ADSL. Dans un cas comme celui ci, l'adresse IP exterieure peut se connecter a votre serveur/region mais vous ne pouvez pas.
